Our Menus

The sample menus in this section are designed to express some ideas of what we can offer. We pride ourselves in preparing menus with a format that is customized to reflect the wishes of our clientèle.

We only work with the finest ingredients so that our chefs, who are always committed to pleasing the palate and eye appeal, can assure satisfaction. We procure mostly local and natural ingredients in our menus.

Our foods are prepared in our state-of-the-art commissary in Northwest Baltimore. We provide elegant custom tableware and buffet appointments. When required, we will provide cooking and holding food service equipment to guarantee freshness and quality with on-site preparation.

We focus all of our efforts on doing things right. Fine catering allows us little room for error.
