Our foods are prepared in our state-of-the-art commissary. We provide the finest custom tableware and buffet appointments. When required, we will provide portable cooking and holding food service equipment to guarantee freshness, quality and on-location cooking. Our foods are delivered and held in refrigerated vans to assure freshness, safety and a beautiful presentation. In the spring of 2000, we introduced "The Black-Eyed Susan" to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, our authentic paddlewheel dinner boat, providing excellent food and southern hospitality comfortably for up to 149 guests, plus up to 20 crew members and staff. The Black-Eyed Susan has earned the reputation of being the finest dining room afloat, sometimes called the "Little Chapel on the Water."
